It was crunch-time. I worked night and day to finish it with no time to spare. I went over the details with my sales rep. he assured me that everything would be fine and the brochures would be delivered at the show site. 2 hours later, I called, just to be sure that all of the files are alright....just in case. "No problem," he said, "the files look great." At the show my brochures were nowhere to be found. In a panic, I called my print rep who was mysteriously out of earshot of his office phone, cell phone and pager. No one else had any answers. All that hard work went straight down the drain. I was out of time with NOTHING to show for it. They promised Friday and delivered Monday. It happened to me...which is why I switched to AP. After eight years, there have been no surprises and no excuses. They deliver what they promise, when they promise. And most of all, they've always made me look good.

For the last 20 years, Activities Press has been producing eight or nine different catalogs for us annually (plus many other printing projects). As required, I send out for quotes on printing projects, but even if Activities' price is even a little more to the others I go with AP. So often, I make "my lack of planning, their emergency", and they not only come through, but they make our deadline and maintain such high quality. The extra patience and effort that they give me when I inadvertently create a printing "monster" for them is well worth an extra dime or two.
